JAN NEMECEK (Norbu, Belgrade)

One of the most interesting younger artists of the club-electronic scene in Serbia is Jan Nemecek, born in 1989. In 2006, he met Marko Nastic and Marko Milosavljevic, who supported his first forays into techno and house. A year later he co-founded with Danilo Tomic one of the first Serbian net-labels - Norbu, where he turns to a more experimental side of electronica, minimal and house with his Kalope alias. In 2008. he released his debut 12" for Traffica Records. Soon, several other releases and remixes followed. Contrary to most DJs and producers on the local scene, Jan prefers playing live, presenting the development of his tracks on the dancefloor.

DEJAN MILICEVIC (Teska Masinerija, Belgrade)

Dejan Milicevic fell in love with techno-music back in the early 1993, while attending some of the first parties ever made in Belgrade as a young clubber. By the beggining of 1995, he started performing in Belgrade together with the well-known DJ Boza Podunavac, whom he regards as his musical guru.

January 1996 was the first time he entered a joint project with his life-long friend DJ Marko Nastic. That was the moment when Teenage Techno Punks (TTP) were created. Dejan’s music style represents a variation of techno, house and minimal that is carefully combined and mixed on two/three turntables and a sampler. Presently he is involved in a number of different projects and his solo work. Starting in 2005, Dejan has produced techno, hardgroove, minimal and house music for various labels, resulting with more than 30 releases.

VISOMAT INC & TELEMATIQUE (Berlin)

Visomat Inc. was formed in the mid-1990s as part of the crossover between media art and club culture typical of Berlin, with the primary aim of visualizing music. In addition to music-related work, they have increased the focus over the past few years on media-based interior and object design using analog and digital information carriers. The results of these projects include complete and functional room installations and trade fair stands, installations in public spaces and art exhibits as well as stand-alone objects and sculptures.

With his video installations and live performances, Sven Gareis has been a part of the European art and club landscape since 1998. In the period 1998 - 2004 he has been a member of the label monitor.automatique. Since 2004 he performs under the name Telematique. The work has created a name for itself in its experimental approach. His aim has been to generate pictural landscapes which closely relate to the architecture and live music contexts in which they are presented. The result is a multitude of dense and surprising pictural worlds, that evolve in a precise synergy with the given music.
